The YWAM Hong Kong main office and training center [aka "the base"] is located in Kam Tin Village, a short distance away from the other YWAM operating locations.

Our village dates back to around 1200 AD and was the original settling point of Hong Kong. And though we are a short distance from our other YWAM coworkers, we are easily linked by public transport which lands us in downtown Hong Kong in about 45 minutes.

Though our base functions primarily as an English-speaking base, we are quite international in both focus and ministry-wise.  We have anywhere from 10-20 different nationalities represented on our base each year.

Like many YWAM locations, we live in community, which means we worship together, eat together, and study and learn together.
