Testimonies I spoke with a young Chinese couple, who said they had really enjoyed the performance, especially the drama, "The Greatest Gift." They understood the drama and had learnt about Jesus at school, but were not Christian. I then shared about how God had changed my life and asked if they wanted to know more about Jesus. They said they had to go but when I asked if I could pray for them they were okay with that. I prayed that God would place a longing in their hearts to know Him more and for God to bless them. As they walked away I saw a little white heart track, from our drama, in their child's buggy. I'm praying that they will read the words on the heart and want to know more. Mave, U.K. Today I spoke to a little girl with her Mum. The little girl started reading a tract that we had handed out. I shared the Christmas story with her which then led into the gospel. I asked her if she wanted a white heart like in our drama. She became shy, but then her Dad came out of no where and said, "Well talk to the lady. Do you want a white heart?" They asked me where I went to church and I gave them the address so they could take their daughter to Sunday School. Anna, Austrailia After our program I met a man from Hong Kong named Jack. He knew very little about Christ, but knew that the most important thing in life was to love and to share love. I spoke with him about Christ's love and how God wants to have a personal relationship with him. He got really excited at the idea, but said he wants to think about Christianity more and would love more information in regards to becoming a Christian. Jessica, U.S.A Today we met an older woman. She either did not see the program or did not understand it. We shared with her the gospel and about what Jesus wants to do in her life. She thought that she was to old to give her life to Jesus. We prayed for her and she accepted Jesus in her life. We told her about the fact that she could talk with God and that the angels in heaven are rejoicing about her. Peter and Willemijn I spoke with a Chinese girl who did not know about Jesus. Her friend had given her a bible but she had not read it yet. I told her about how Jesus had changed my life and she was very interested. She really wants to know what made me change my ways. She told me that she will now read the bible and think about choosing to give her life to Christ. Eun Su, South Korea After the performance I spoke with a young Chinese girl named Kelly. She had not seen the dramas but was open to listening to what I had to say. I told her the story of the drama and at the end of the it she wanted to accept Jesus into her life as her Lord and Saviour. I also encouraged my Christian Chinese translation to move forward in discipling the girl. Marie, Switzerland | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
