Tomorrow, Ahmee's team will go to the Home of Loving Faithfulness, Mirjam's team to Stanley and Sophia's team to Discovery Bay. Please keep praying for: teamleaders • participants • team unity • worship & intercession times • Holy Spirit anointed presentation of the gospel (preachings, dance & drama) • for those who hear the Gospel - that it may fall on good soil (for people to get to know and follow Jesus) • Divine appointments • safety and protection from accidents and sickness • weather has been beautiful, please keep praying for it Testimonies When we were praying this morning I saw a picture of a snowman. So I was looking out for a picture of one while we were performing our dances & dramas and speaking. While Lee shared his testamony I noticed a girl really intently listening to him - she then raised her hand and said she wanted to accept Jesus at the end of our time performing and speaking. I decided to go and speak to he. We prayed together and I was very exited to see she had a bag with a snowman picture on it. God obviously wanted me to encourage and speak her today. Pippa, UK Today in intercession I heard that someone got the word "joy". While the children were praying to accept Jesus I asked God to show me the child that He wanted me to talk to. Then I found one girl who accepted Jesus. I asked the girl for her name. Her name was "Joy". How awesome is that!!! HyeWon, Korea I was able to talk to a man named Eric. He had grown up in a Christian home, but never had a relationship with Jesus. As we were talking I was able to help answer questions that he had on his heart for the past two years. When we were talking he started to cry and told me he didn't feel qualified to do God's work. I then told him about God's unconditionel love and how when we make mistakes we don't have to start over we just need to get up and keep moving forward with God. I was able to encourage him and he told me I encouraged him enough to start having a greater relationship with Jesus! Chris, U.S.A. It was so amazing to see God work. We were preparing for outreach, were face painting and kids just kept coming and coming. Afterwards I shared with some westerners who lived there. I was asking questions but they really weren't interested but I know God is faithful and will water the seed that was planted. Tim, New Zealand Asking God what His heart is for this place, things as 'restoration of family life' ... came up. When we arrived there in the afternoon I talked to a little girl who said she liked Christmas, because that's a time when she gets to meet her dad. I also spoke to some Phillipino ladies who had to leave their own family or children back home in order to work as a nanny in Discovery Bay. I felt overwhelmed with God's compassion. There were so many beautiful kids who invited Jesus into their hearts. This place will never be the same again. Kimberly, Netherlands | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
