Tomorrow, Ahmee's team will go to Stanley, Mirjam's team to Discovery Bay and Sophia's team to Mun Yeung School. Please keep praying for: teamleaders • participants • team unity • worship & intercession times • Holy Spirit anointed presentation of the gospel (preachings, dance & drama) • for those who hear the Gospel - that it may fall on good soil (for people to get to know and follow Jesus) • Divine appointments • safety and protection from accidents and sickness • weather is beautiful, please keep praying for that Testimonies Today I talked to a girl who accepted Jesus during the altar call in the program. I prayed with her again and asked if her friends wanted to accept jesus. They were shy, but the girl kept asking questions and encouraging her friends to try. They didn't make a decision but God is still working through the girl. Elise, U.S.A. At the end of the outreach I gave the gospel message. I could tell that the students were listening intently. After they had their eyes closed and heads bowed I asked if the people who wanted to believe in Jesus could raise their hands. 10 students raised their hands and I could tell they were sincere. Catherine, U.S.A. Today after the program I had a chance to speak with a girl named Stephanie. She asked how we all get along and I told her it was our common relationship with Jesus. I then asked her if she believed in Jesus. She said she began to believe, but her family is buddhist and so when they found out she was interested in Jesus she was punished harshly. She said her family fights a lot and she knows they need Jesus. Then she said just recently her grandmother is allowing her to go to a Christian church. So she is going to go to church to learn more about Jesus and then tell her family. She said when her family believes then she will belive in Jesus. Mandy, U.S.A. After the first program I was wandering around trying to hear who God was leading me to and He showed me a girl that seemed to be excluded from the rest of the group. SSo I went over to speak to her. At first she was really shy but as her friend joined us she opened up a little. Her name was Mandy. My name is Mandy too, so I told her what our name means: "Worthy of love". I told her that's how God feels about her. And her face completely lits up! Praise God! He knows about everyones needs. Mandy, U.S.A. Today after the drama presentation we got a chance to speak with the students and there was this particular group of boys who I noticed were just standing around. So I went to meet them, telling them where I'm from and asking them what they think of the plays. All except one of them were acting up so I took the opportunity to speak directly to that one boy. At the end of our conversation he gave his life to the Lord. I was pleased how the Lord opperates in his life. Andy, Jamaica We met a man who is a shaolin monk in a buddhist temple here in Hong Kong. He grew up in China and was interested in Christian stories. But the police closed the church when he was a boy. He was interested and very open as we shared. He stayed to watch both programs. Afterwards he said he wanted to know Jesus. After we prayed with him he said he was happy and that no one had ever prayed for him before. Praise God. Jeremy, Virmz, Naomi, U.S.A., Philipines, England I was able to talk to a girl. She was very open to the gospel and she said she had been thinking about Jesus for a while. So I asked her if she wants to receive Jesus now and she said yes. I prayed with her. She said she would talk to God tonight and read her bible. She also mentioned that she had Christian friends she could talk to. Rebecca, England | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
