Testimonies

I spoke to a grandma who happened to be visiting Hong Kong from China for a few days. She knew nothing about Jesus and thought that Jesus Christ and Santa Claus are asociated together. Today she learned that Christmas is celebrated all because of Jesus and that it is not just for westerners.

Judy, Malaysia

As we presented the white hearts after "The Greatest Gift", all the children were eager to have them. I saw them trying the hearts on their chests. They loved the clown dance and laughed very loudly.

Penny, Canada

I spoke to a mother at the kindergarden. She took her four children to church, but she was confused. I shared the Gospel with her and told her she could pray right now and that she didn't have to be confused. She said she wanted to pray to believe in Jesus and she gave her life to the Lord.

Anna, Australia

I spoke to two mums who both had a little English. We shared about our daughters (My daughter was with me). They enjoyed the dance & dramas and when I asked if I could pray with them they were very happy for that to happen. I prayed God's blessings upon them and that they would know God's joy & peace at Christmas and that they would remember what they had seen & heard. I felt we connected well, lots of photos were taken and it was a very encouraging time. Although time ran out on us, I'm hoping that the two mums will be open again to the Gospel on another occasion.

Mave, England

I was able to pray freely with a lady with a one year old and a child at the school. After discussions through sign language the lady willingly accepted our prayer and blessing.

Peter, England

Today we taught children about Christmas.  I felt that the skits, dramas and testimonies really conveyed the gospel message.  Afterwards when we spoke with the students and when we asked them what Christmas was about they all shouted "Yesu!"(Which is Jesus in Cantonese).  As I was passing out white hearts with a gospel message on them one girl said, "Jesus loves you!"  I said, "Thanks, he loves you too."

Jayce, U.S.A.

Today, during our prayer time God showed me a picture of a pink bow.  So when we got the the school we were going to do our outreach at, I was on the lookout.  Then I saw this little girl with a beautiful maroon dress and a pink bow in her hair.  I wasn't able to speak with her but another member of our team did and was able to give her a gospel track.  I will be praying for her.

Victoria, Hawaii

In the intercession time before outreach, God gave me the idea that I would meet twins.  When I came to the school the first girl I spoke to introduced me to her twin sister.  We had a great conversation and I was able to speak the message that God had given me for them: even though they are very similar, God has a very special plan for each one of them.  They were deeply encouraged and I was also very excited to see how God had used to me to share this very specific message.

Marie, Switzerland

This morning I spoke with some boys and girls around the age of 12-13.  I was having a hard time because they did not speak much english but after a few minutes four girls came up to me and said: We want to know Jesus.  How can we become Christians?  I was amazed!  I prayed with them and asked them to say after me: Jesus, I want to know you, thank you for the cross.  Will you forive my sins?  Will you come inot my heart?  Your my king.  Amen.
