 TEAM TESTIMONIES

We had an outreach at Star Ferry, and beforehand in intercession we had gotten “blue shirt”. A man in a blue shirt came up to me after the outreach. He was from Beijing and had just gotten a divorce and was in the process of moving. I asked if he knew about Jesus and shared with him about the true meaning of Christmas and how God can talk to him. He had thought he had to be in a church to pray, so we asked God to speak to us right there on the street. He said, with his hand on his heart, “God is speaking to me”. I asked him if he wanted to believe in Jesus and he said, “YES!” I prayed with him to become a Christian. He said he has been to many big churches, but no one has ever shared with him like this before.

Anna—Australia

We were at an open-air outreach and a girl came over to ask Joe what we were doing. He said, “we are going to share the true meaning of Christmas.” When I came over to her I asked if she was staying and she said, “yes, I want to know the true meaning of Christmas!” I found out that she was a student of philosophy and her assignment for the day was to walk around HK and get a message from a higher power. When she saw our group, she sensed a great peace and could see joy in our faces. She wanted to know what the meaning of our lives were. She watched the performance intently and during the last drama, she started crying. During the preaching her phone rang and she had to go. But before she left she hugged me and said “Nancy. THANK YOU. I was so touched by the drama.” We exchanged email addresses and she wants to keep in touch and find out more about God.

Nancy—USA

We were at the YMCA doing an outreach, and Nicky shared the gospel powerfully after the performance. When she asked if anyone wanted to become a Christian, 5 people raised their hands! One was a lady in a red jacket (we had gotten red jacket in intercession) and a boy in a yellow sweatshirt (we had gotten the color yellow in intercession)! Also at this outreach we met a man called Norman—which we had also gotten in intercession! God is definitely speaking to us and bringing forth salvation.
